Includes twice-monthly trainings with goal setting and group coaching via Zoom. We focus on topics that will help you understand and internalize what you need to know to get the job you want.

One-on-one Coaching

Includes twice monthly individual professional coaching sessions with me. We will focus on your unique job search, exploring what you want from a job and the world of work. What is a good job for you? What is the right work for you? What motivates you? Everyone has a different work “fingerprint” and yours will help you guide your career and how you work with the people around you. If you haven’t worked with a professional coach before, this could be the most valuable part of the program.

Professional Support Services

Included in the package is a resume tune-up and two private salary negotiation sessions with me. These usually more than pay for the program! If you need more, resume writing and other services are available on a billable-hour basis.

How It Works

The first 12 clients who enroll by July 15, 2021, will be billed at $400 per month, a $100 monthly discount from the regular $500 per month price. Billing is on the 21st of the month for the next month with a liberal cancellation policy. You get on the program each month. You sign up for one month at a time. Each program is limited to 12 participants. It is built on modern, solid business and technology practices: agile process, professional coaching, remote facilitation through Zoom and more.
